Nope...and I hate every minute of it :( He used to weigh more than me but we started this together and he dropped a ton of pounds quick and me...not so much so I now out-weigh him by roughly 40 effin pounds....UGH!!! But I'm working on that :)

I am a stress eater! Now when I feel depressed I stop eating...for example I went through a mis-carriage (or so I thought) and I didn't eat for a long time, just laid in bed and cried...well needless to say my "mis-carriage" is turning ONE on Saturday!!!

I felt the same way exact way. I went to my first spin class last week and I have another one tonight. I did feel like my legs were just going to give out on me at a few points in the class but I squeezed out 18 miles on that bike in 60 minutes and burned 998 calories (HRM) it was insane. I couldn't do everything he yelled…

I'm 5'10 and currently weight 226 (as of this morning) and my goal is to get down to 173 (weird number but that would give me a total loss of 80lbs and but me just into the healthy BMI range (I think) Good luck to all the ladies on here :)
