I won't have exact numbers because i forgot to weigh myself on our scale the day I went to my physical last week, but, 11/27 Doctors scale - 313.8 weight. 12/3 - (home scale) - 307.8. I doubt I lost 6 pounds this week, but that will kind of be my base number in December.
