Thank you @themedalist ❣️ This July, I will: 1) burn 600 active calories per day on average. 2) Keep food where it has been. 3) Talk to a friend or family member each day by phone/video/outside. 4) Relax once my exercise goals are met. Have fun! I just learned today that family will be here in August. My weight is higher…

How tall are you? Having googled your situation, swelling of ankles, face, fingers are a key symptom. What is your normal monthly swing in weight prior to this for the month of June? Have your doctors seen you in person ? Have they checked your heart?

Great to see you, too, @ashleycarole86 !! Wonderful work, staying come & moving back into maintenance ❣️

I can usually adapt, but this time, it’s really made it harder to update daily. You are not alone.
-
Morning walks are leading to great step counts, sore legs, and pretty sedentary days, but I know these things will get better Scale dropped the past two days Only 3.1 lbs (down 0.9) to get back to my Maintenance Range. Biggest issue: I’m lonely. Will be working to remedy this.

@donna25trinity Is it possible you are eating too few calories? Are you hungry often?
-
@donna25trinity 1. Don’t beat yourself up 2. Become a detective…what triggered it? Too hungry, more stress, no time to prep, emotions, unexpected food situation 3. Realize it’s just a quick mid-course correction, a learning experience I remember a picture of two racers, who fell, and the caption was something to the effect…

It’s all about habits, and adjusting them as needed. I plan to make a physical paper tracker in July. I need to change some habits & I know having a non-digital tracker helps me reflect on my Progress or lack thereof better. I also color them which makes it feel more fun. 10K steps Dresser push-ups to fatigue every other…

@themedalist ❣️❤️❣️ Your sleep habit this month AND the sleep mask you recommended have been life changing for me! I’m now able to go back to sleep in the morning (after bathroom break when the sky is bright!!) sometimes 20 minutes, today was over 2 more HOURS!! I’m planning to purchase 1-2 more in case they go out of…

Hi @ideas1 Great question! You get to determine the frequency that you would like to post to this group. Some do so daily Some intermittently Some weekly Some do review post at the end of each month We’re glad you are here! Maddie & @themedalist
-
I’m unsure what better ideas you are looking for? A better way to eat? Better meal timings? How to form habits so you can maintain? How to set up an exercise program you love? I do find certain times of day easier to eat cleanly than others. I can imagine that varies greatly from person to person. I found eating a bigger…

@PackerFanInGB @texasgardnr You were both definitely missed, but we know life can get busy. We’re delighted you both popped back in❣️

@the medalist!!! My sleep mask (that you recommended) arrived!!!’ I’m excited to try it tonight! You are right: so silky soft, verrry comfortable, I love that the velcro is protected so it won’t catch on my hair AND ear plugs!! aND a cute storage bag. It would be awesome to get back to my earlier 7 hours!
