I guess it would depend on the person. Could be snow, packing peanuts, cat poo, body parts, earth, etc. Just depends on what you're in to :smirk: Cleaning in general help me a lot though.

Great suggestions everyone! I was going to use the pumpkin idea, but decided to go snuggle some cows in 10° weather instead. Turns out, shoveling a massive amount of poo is a great way to clear the mind of its own poo. And when you smell like a barn it's easy to not eat :grimace:

I think this thread would have been more appropriate had it been here before I lost my mind :D

I usually eat my feelings, but I'm trying hard not to. These 35lbs were hard enough to lose, I'm not going to waste my progress on something so stupid!
