I don’t think sticking to angry or intense foods alone will do much for you, but to each their own. How about some superfoods? Quinoa and ghost peppers? THAT is an intense superfood.

Hung out with my wife today and had an adventure. Ended up checking out a couple of different international grocery stores and got some not horrible Caribbean food. Currently watching Archer and chilling.
