I'm in. Today's my forth day without sugar and white flour :-) I suspect I'm a sugar addict, but I cannot give up fruits. Yet I've managed to stay away from sugar in the past, so I hope I'll succeed again. I usually have more energy without it ;-)

Anyone still with me? If you skipped a day or two (like I did) it's not too late to get back to the challenge. The last days are harder and therefore give a pretty good opportunity for exercising. I found it's easier for me to split most of the reps in 2 sets. How about you?

You're absolutely right! I totally messed up with the schedule. Turns out I'm constantly skipping days, so I have to do 2 days at a time. As a result I've reached day 13 today and should be on the 14th one. Yet I keep saying to myself that a messed challenge is better than no challenge at all :p
