My first diet ever, 15 yrs ago, Atkins Diet, it was a mind blowing at that time, I lost more than 60lbs in 4-5 months, the slimmest i’ve ever been. And was walking around 2 -3 hours a day.

Easier said than done, right? It’s easy to give advices and become the super PT, but when it come to doing, things become harder. My POV on this, be realistic, I mean just keep on moving and working out even if u went to Mac after a workout session, just keep on ur workout and don’t get depressed when u get some junk food…

crash and burn due to stress and sleep deprivation. Diet was going just fine for the first week and having some good results, but work stress and sleep deprivation have made me late night snack and eat. maybe restart the journey by next week, hopefully
