If you log your stats I'd still cut out about 25% of the calories it says you burned. Mine overshoot despite how much I keep up on accurate stats. My treadmill and bike do too. If you didn't, then the suggestion to log half of your workout time on MFP is a good one too. Better safe than eating back too many exercise…

I have a waterproof case so mine goes in my bra... I know its kind of gross but aside from occasionally forgetting where it is, its pretty convenient. And it keeps my earphone cords looser so theyre not getting snagged in my ponytail
