  • I'm eating Ezekial bread. It was the bread recommended to me on the diet program, State of Slim, that I started with. I like it and I'm a hamburger girl, so one slice, cut in half makes a great burger. I honestly haven't paid much attention to the nutritional info on it, just keep adding it to my log.

  • I love being part of this community. Thank you for your kind words about Bubba. He was an amazing cat and loved to meet dogs.   • Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts on the loss of my cat, Bubba. He was amazing and filled with such personality. The dogs weren't home yet from boarding and they've been looking for him. It's always hard. I'm never ready even when I know it's the right thing.

  • I'm in size 14 pants! Vanity sizing for sure since some of the other size 14's are way too tight, but the ones I have on fit perfectly. What!!! And I look down at my newly polished toenails that were so easy to paint. While the weight loss has slowed a bit, my body is responding in other ways. :)
