Treadmill or elliptical are best for any type of HIIT cardio in my opinion. Pretty much want to start with a 3-5 minute warm up, walk for 2 1/2 minutes on speed 3 then jog for 2 1/2 minutes on speed 5. Diet, diet, and diet. But, hanging leg raises, if too difficult at first, try hanging knee raises.
