  • I'm a diabetic, was on Metformin for 3 years. My A1c was 7.2 on Oct 6, 2021. On Jan 6, 2022, it was 5.3. I started at 214 lbs, size 22. Today I am at 165 and in size 10 which are getting big on me already. I no longer take Metformin nor blood pressure medicines. It can happen, but you have to do the work. Good luck!
