  • Welcome back! You are here and that's a start, as for exercise the key is finding something you enjoy doing. I like step aerobics and cycling, haven't done weights in awhile - hopefully be back at that soon. You could try starting with stretching and walking. Good luck, feel free to add me as a friend. Cheryl
  • So thankful to hear your scare turned out to be nothing. I finished treatments 3 weeks ago. Impatiently waiting for energy to be returned. The only thing my doctor said was that rads can cause fatigue and he had no idea how long it would last because everyone is different. Not much help from him unfortunately. I just hope…
  • Hello Ladies, I was wondering if anyone has had cancer and found ways to deal with the fatigue. A reminder to do a breast exam, I got lucky finding my lump on a fluke, thankfully it was caught early! I have met too many women where it wasn't and it was too late.
  • Are you ladies still here? I am 3 weeks out of Radiation. I am tired most of the time. Struggling with getting much accomplished daily. Anyway wanted to connect with people who have been where I am.
  • Hello ladies, I will be 42 next month. I need to get down 15-20 pounds and stay on a healthier lifestyle plan. Add me as friend too. Cheryl
  • Dear God woman you have named all the ideas I have ever heard of! All I can offer is sleep. I know when a craving hits there is not much that will take your mind off it. Good luck. Would love to know if you find what works! Cheryl
  • Hi Teresa, I am also looking for friends to support each other. Losing weight and breaking bad habits is hard. Be nice to hello each other through the rough patches. Cheryl
  • I tried to join as well but not sure it went through.
