Losing weight is a matter of "calories out" vs "calories in". There must be more calories going out than coming into your body. If you aren't losing weight, you may be eating too many calories.

Same here, I struggle with overeating and binge-eating too. Usually it's late at night between 9 and 11pm, and I'm usually wanting sugar/carbs because of the lack of energy by that time. To combat this, I hit the gym instead of the kitchen and it works like a charm.

Weight loss plateaus are normal. You lose X amount of weight and your body has to recalibrate itself to your new lighter body. Give it time, you will break through it. Just keep going and keep up the great work. I recommend changing up your exercise routine to shake things up a bit.

Well yeah, they're cookies no matter what, but the idea is having something that offers more in nutritional value than a regular cookie. At least these are lower fat, lower sugar and contain some degree of protein. If I'm going to eat cookies, I'd prefer to eat these. To each their own though.
