I wasn't exactly NOT nice, but I wasn't nice either. Sat in a waiting room for over an hour and when they finally called my name, I definitely wasn't friendly...I feel bad now because I know it's not anyone's fault.

The fabric softener helps, but you should really wash your wraps, or wear clean ones, every class. Once your gloves start to smell it's all downhill....trust me, I've tried everything!

Most weeks look like this: Sunday - 4 mile run Monday - MMA Tuesday - MMA Wednesday - Leg day/abs Thursday - off Friday - Upper body circut Saturday - either MMA or 2nd leg day (focus on the glutes)

Green tea is right up there with tumeric, apple cider vinegar and hot sauce in terms of weight loss wastes of time. The amount you would have to consume of these for anything positive to happen is ridiculous. Calorie deficit is #1.
