80% diet, 20% exercise. If you're talking about loose skin though, not a lot can be done short of a tummy tuck.

Usually an appetizer and a salad is plenty. That way I get something small and tasty and my greens as well.

Your stomach looks exactly like mine before I had my abdominoplasty. No amount of diet and exercise helped. If you can afford to have the tummy tuck, I highly recommend going for it. I just wish I hadn't waited so long.

Orgain - the taste takes a little getting used to but otherwise good.

I can't eat before working out either. I'll make it a point to eat dinner late the night before I plan on a heavy lift day then have either coffee or pre-workout on my drive to the gym.
