That soup actually looks good... like a bean chili. :) Sammy, do you drink coffee? I'm not a huge fan of it, but I've found that if I'm having trouble pooing, a hot cup or two of black coffee first thing in the morning does the trick for me!

Fruit for dessert is such a great idea. Last week when our office was having some celebrations, I had a bunch of fruit as my "treats", instead of the cookies and muffins. I actually felt pretty good afterwards, like I had satisfied my sweet tooth. :)
