  • I brewed kombucha for a while too! Loved it. Also water kefir. I have just moved to the milk kefir since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I thought a little extra calcium won’t go astray.

  • With me, I find that exercise kick starts things. All I can do is walk,or exercise bike, and lately an occasional pool therapy session, but it does make a big difference . I do believe you are on the right track. I went gluten free from need, but low carb, and sometimes grain free from choice. When I make the wrong choices…

  • Hi and welcome. I am new here too. Not new to the weight loss effort though. I am a very slow loser mostly due to light activity. I was told once to embrace the NSV (Non scale victories ) and be encouraged by them when the scales stuck. So enjoy feeling better and wait it out. And I will try to do the same!

At the moment I am waiting for knee replacement surgery, so am modifying, and adding some stationary cycling and even some pool therapy.
