  • Love these micro workouts! Why just stand around waiting for the microwave when you can be doing squats or calf raises?! My kids find it funny when I start doing squats in the kitchen but now they're starting to join in and it's becoming a game. Will definitely keep using these micro workouts this week and beyond!

  • Thanks brocktoon666! I knew it had to be too good to be true. I do workout daily, cardio and strength training but knew there was no way that what they were telling me could be accurate. Though I'm still forever hopeful to be down a good weight amount in 5 weeks, just maybe something more reasonable.
