I always thought it was positive as well until I saw some people on here saying it was negative. In fact MFP is the only place where I've seen it referred to as not positive. Possibly the MFP programmers are confused.

Depends on how much I suck my stomach in xD (I say it as a joke but it's probably true for me hahaha). I've lost 15lb so far and my tum tum seems just as protruding as ever but measuring it with a tape measure shows that it's a little bit smaller in circumference (about 3cm smaller). Visually it's a slight difference but…

There is less lactose in Greek Yogurt than you might expect as some of it's removed by the straining that occurs when it's being made (it only has around 30% of the lactose that the same volume of milk would).

That's true. The problem I have is how I'd go about entering bones or, say, a chicken carcass that's left over after a roast chicken before I throw it in the pot to make the stock. I guess I could just pretend it's whole chicken and add a bit of calcium for what leeches out of the bones

Thanks for the excellent and informative replies everyone. I think I'll manually enter using the 'Strength training' CV as suggested (the calories calculated that way seem a bit more reasonable than what fitbit suggests I burnt... it reckoned 291cals for 36 minutes hehe)

When I got out of hospital towards the end of last year I had no appetite and couldn't eat much at all. I wanted to eat, I just couldn't. I made milk shakes with crushed up macadamia nuts in them, although any type of nuts would do -- they're all pretty nutrient and energy dense. You can probably hide bananas in banana…

I might catch up with you. Currently I'm preparing myself mentally to meet a Black Rider. I've been scouting areas where it will be safe to meet him (and where I can hide under a tree)
