I think you do whats best for you!!! For me, mornings don't work, I don't feel my works are as good. Afternoons or evenings work best and I feel my energy level is much higher and I get a better workout!!

I love lots of different kinds of beers, but my favorite cheap beer is Montucky, so yummy!!!

Maybe some dumbbells to start?! There are a lot of body weight things you can do...squats, pushups, lunges...then add dumbbells while doing those

You could do "deck of cards". Use a deck a cards, pick an exercise per suit (squats, pushups, crunches..). Shuffle the deck and flip one card over at a time and do what exercise you choose for that suit and the number thats on the card.

At a gym I'd wear shoes, but they are a lifting show so not a lot of padding. Since I got a rack and weights at home and started lifting at home, I don't wear shoes and actually like it better.
