When I want pasta for dinner, I'll usually have spaghetti squash and then put in like a 1/4 cup (ish) of regular pasta just to satisfy my tastebuds.

Breakfast: yogurt, egg, & coffee w/ coffee mate Lunch: brown rice, crockpot bbq chicken, honey carrots Snack: strawberries & made good granola bar Dinner: TBD - we're looking at apartments tonight so we may eat out!

I've been on MFP for a few weeks now and I've only lost .5lbs (I usually lose weight a lot faster). I'm pretty sure the issue is that I'm eating more calories than I think I am so I just purchased a food scale and I'm hoping that will fix the issue.

Just added you! When I started I made my food diary public . I'm MUCH more strict when I know people can see what I'm eating. I allow myself one day of no tracking, and even then I don't eat junk food, I just eat more carbs or bigger portions than normal. Good luck <3
