I stick with eight o'clock as well, I keep the beans in in the freezer and grind them for each brew, I had an espresso machine with a press and it just took to much effort, I need my coffee first thing so I put ice in it to cool it off enough for me to drink it right away.

Are you a heel runner? You may need to invest in running shoes that have more cushion for the heel. Go to a running store and let them evaluate your form on the treadmill, then they will advise you on the shoe

Yes I was just joking, lol. Although I looked @ last year's results and the 2nd place overall was a 39yr old woman who ran it in 38 minutes, for me to win the 36-40 age group I would need to shave off a minute each mile and only 4 weeks to do it...

For dinner last night, I had 2dz maryland steamed crabs, I managed to only drink water instead of beer with them but I think mfp shutdown after it loaded my sodium for the day....lol

Yikes, ran 6 miles Friday night and then ruined my dieting Saturday with a couple of sodas, cake and lots of carbs, Sunday got back to dieting. Knocked out 8 miles around the Lincoln memorial this morning 7:30 pace...happy monday!

Treadmill said 7 miles in 60 minutes and the forerunner 230 said 6.28, anywho I get home after my workout at the gym and my 9 and 4yr old ask to go for a hike, so we hike 1.5 mile down to the river play in the river for a while and hike the 1.5 mile back up for a 2hr adventure...it was a good day.
