I’ve been trying to work on upping my protein as well. Some days are better than others but I have noticed a difference in my hunger. I have protein shakes, bars, nuts and cheese sticks on me all the time. Doesn’t mean I eat them but they’re there 😂😂

I understand this! Most of my travel is to trade shows. It is eating what you can when you get the chance during the day. Then long dinners and drinks at night. Every night... I have 2 coming up. 😦
