I agree with the above. Try doing some strength training with your workouts. I also always try getting in at least a 10min ab workout every day after my workouts and its helped a lot with my stomach area. Obviously if your sore from an ab workout make sure you rest it and focus on another area.

I second this, I have found mfp can sometimes way over estimate the calories burned. But tbh I don't log my excersie on here anymore just my food

I do the same 16:8 IF, and I've found its helped a lot with bloating etc. I just make sure I have something to eat close to the 8pm cut off.

I'm the exact same, fine through the day then as soon as its evening all I want to do is eat and it's always the sweet stuff I crave π¬ I just drink loads of water and go for sugar free mints or gum. Worked for me so far π
