I did a 3 mile workout this morning. 2 of those were spent running. I could barely do 1 mile at the start of summer. I'm super happy with my progress.

I don't see why you need to ask for it to be removed because of one rude female. Its art on the your body it's beautiful and if she has other issues with you and feels the need to attack you, it speaks more of herself than it does about you.
