A lot of people say you shouldn't weigh daily, but I definitely thinks it helps to see how food affects you. Like salt, etc. You can learn how much it adds to your weight, and how long it takes for your body to "normalize". Also, even if it is like .2 pounds, it helps motivate me to keep going. And... Weekends are really tough for me too. With all my kids, someone is always putting some type of food in my mouth, lol!! Snacking for sure is one of my biggest pitfalls!

I have tried Mio (and several other flavor enhancers) - it seems like I always get a big headache shortly after drinking it. But, I definitely need to work on getting more water intake each day! Glad you felt so good today!

Finally saw Mary Poppins Returns. We had a family movie night and rented it. Original was better, but Emily Blunt definitiely made it her own and was fantastic in it.
