I will be doing the beginner because I recently had a sprained knee. I may not go all the way down but I will do what I can :smiley:

I slept 6 hours and 38 minutes with 21 minutes of restlessness. I definitely didn't feel as good as I did after 8 hours!

June 10th After having 13,979 steps because of work last night my knee is bothering me so today I'm having a chill day on exercise. I will take a pass. I have pre-tracked everything and I'm below my calorie limit. I have tracked everything :)

June 8th Just home from work and already I'm over my step goal I have a lot of calories left even after my menu planning for the day and a glass of wine :wink: I have already tracked everything

Since menopause I've made my goal 7 hours. I used to get 8 but right now I'm happy with 7. Sometimes I have an issue with insomnia but thankfully that's only occasionally. Last night I slept for 7hr 17 minutes according to my fitbit with 36 minutes of restlessness.

Today I'm cleaning out the toy room I use for my grandson! Will keep me moving for quite a while :smiley: I also need to pick up a few things from the grocery store! I really need to work on is getting my water in today.
