Mini challenge 16/07 Tracking : yes Calories : under Exercise: 24 000 steps (includes 25 min on treadmill) + 35 min cycling. Needed to burn all that extra food from the weekend .

Mini challenge from 13th to 15th. Did not track anything. Spent the weekend with family, Bastille day +World cup = loads of food !! Haha But back on track today. :)

I actually cant believe it ! Before I started this challenge, I was stuck at a plateau for weeks. And this challenge gave me the extra bit of motivation I needed! I really hope it is gonna keep going down ! :)

Mini challenge 8/7 Day off. I don't track anything on Sundays and I don't usually do much exercice either. Sunday is usually a relax day with family. But back on track today! :) Good luck everyone for this new week !! :)

Morning ! Last weigh in : 181 lbs Thursday weigh in (Week 1) : 176. 3 lbs I am so so happy as I have been stuck over 180 for weeks ! :D I really love this challenge ! It is really good motivation and support ! Thank you :)

July 2 Tracking : yes Calories: Under Budget by 80 cals (calories burned not included). Exercise: 16 892 steps. A bit upset as my goal is 20 000 but work happened. No gym again today. Hopefully tomorrow. Water: 3L Not a bad day overall but hopefully will have more time tomorrow for some more steps and a trip to the gym.
