I agree with @MikePTY and your friends that stayed home - it has to be 75F and rising for me...can't stand cold ears. However, it looks like a beautiful day/area for a bike ride. Congrats on the effort.

I once had a triple inguinal hernia (lower abdomen). Surgery was scheduled but was a few weeks out so the doc suggested I consider Spanx (or similar) for support until then. I do recall there were various levels of "support." I do also recall that Spanx should be spelled as $panx. BTW - it worked well for this application.…

I don't have much to lose but I do need to log or I gain weight...like I just did. I eat 'whatever' in moderation, drink bourbon and my calorie goal is to be under for the week...not under every day. I use exercise to get to to my calorie goal. I log daily and have an open diary. Add me if you want.
