I am getting this problem as my head and neck get thinner. I am planning to try some of the yoga facial exercises because I am too cheap/ broke for treatments that may not work. The exercises are free and even if they don't help the turkey neck it will be pretty sweet to have the most shredded face in the gym.

I was at an event in a gym and was able to the run, jump, twist and sit on the edge of the stage. Just last year I had to go around to the stairs to get on the stage.
