Staying up until almost 2! My daughter will be 6 months on Saturday and has been sleeping through the night since she was about 2.5/3 months (so lucky🙌). I usually get her into bed between 10:30 and 11:30, just kinda depends when she eats, but I stay up to get everything done and turned off for the night and it never takes…

Daily Post Monday 8/13 Track: Yes Calories: Over Exercise: Yes- dancing for 30 min Ankle has been sore and swollen for about a week and half so I didn’t exercise at all last week other than go for a walk once. It’s better now, still a bit sore but I’m making sure to not over do it.

Thank you everyone! I found a Zumba dvd set I bought like 2 years ago and it had a 20 minute workout which was perfect! I had enough time to do the workout AND take a shower while the baby was taking a nap!
