  • I will echo kimny72 reply post! Your doing amazing! I have been on keto for a full month and have lost 11lbs. The recipe that saved my keto diet is cheese noodles.   • I'm a full 1 month into Keto and I lost 11lbs! I'm a believer in a ketogenic lifestyle change. What it has done for me that no other diet did was it turned into a natural appetite suppressor!
