What has helped me with my sweet tooth: - Diet Coke - Mint gum - Chocolate pudding cup with blueberries, blackberries, and or raspberries (about 200 calories of amazing yum with fiber!) - Sugar free jello - Waiting until after dinner for a planned sweet treat (like two ghiradelli chocolates or two Girl Scout cookies)
