It probably was the sodium - I know that makes a difference for me even when I stay in a calorie deficit. I'm a daily weigher but what I do is look at averages. Well, I'm a day late but I finished 10 days of level 2 today. It only took me 19 days total but I was doing other things, like starting to jog again and train for a 5k later in October. Tomorrow I start Level 3. Anybody else still going?

I have a protein shake coffee for breakfast every day. I mix Leanfit Vanilla with 8oz hot coffee + 2 Tbsp H&H. I mix cream w/ coffee, pour 1/3 into blender cup and mix in one scoop of powder and then pour back into coffee.
