No. With such low fat your hormones will get messed up. Also, with no protein you will lose substantial muscle!

A cheat day generally means one eats whatever they want for that whole day. However, I don't do cheat days or cheat meals I just fit something yummy into my macros and calories for the day. Saying the word cheat is kind of defeating. You should say you are having a treat day :)

An omelet and some cottage cheese would work or use whole wheat pita bread rather than normal bread. Another idea is use lettuce leafs as a wrap.

You could also add yogurt, natural peanut butter, oatmeal and greek yogurt.

I would say start with a whey isolate protein powder. One that has very little fat and carbohydrates with the protein content roughly 20-30 grams protein.
