  • Thank you @kmfeig87 I agree 100% with you. It is not sustainable for that low of calories. What happens is that I will binge one day and lose all of the effort. Thanks for the advice! I very much appreciate it.

I most likely won’t have the number until the middle of next week since it will be a complete bloodwork versus the A1C test that you can get back in 10 minutes. I am on Metformin also.   • Thank you @Birder165 This forum has been great for helping try for these last pounds. Now to get that ultimate weight and get my BMI to normal!!! I also have a big day on Thursday with my yearly physical bloodwork. Really want that A1C below 6.5%. I will ecstatic if it is below 6.0%.
