Actually your BMI would be 18,3 at 45kg which is not a healthy weight. Currently you have a healthy BMI already. According to several BMI cacluators your lover limit should be no lower than 46 and that means that your target (to accomodate maintenance fluctuation) would be better at 47 Something to consider

I was on a business trip in Asia and I managed to keep my fitness regime up. Running outside was not possible part of the trip and though I don't like it I did run on the treadmill. As a result I could go back to my normal schedule immediately upon my return.

After yesterdays long run it was a loosen things up a bit day So it was my morning workout - Pilates based, then the walk to and from work and to close off a slow slow 4km jog in the evening

A PB on my 12km run. I am so happy with that. In the back of my mind I am toying with the idea of a half marathon in 2020 but some uncertainties wrt to work schedules are not making it a given yet. Also husband is back to running He's on 6 now again

We have a wake up light with alarm It simulates natural light and makes waking up easier. e have it set to a sunrise of 20 minutes. The alarm we have set is a blackbird singing. It is hard, but I have some motivators that have helped me in the past. Went for an early morning run 10K again, looking at increasing distance next week. Will be going for a walk alter just to keep the muscles moving gently as well as doing the shopping
