i'm all about "perfect attendance" -- just logging in daily, entering in the foods i'm eating, and going for the longest login streak i can is motivation enough! if you're being honest with what you're eating and exercising, that awareness can be really motivating, and the reward is seeing how many days you've been on.…

all i have to say is -- you guys rock! @nebslp i get those alerts on my fitbit and i've kind of gotten used to ignoring them. i'm going to see if i can play along! also: great to know, @themedalist ! i'm still thinking about what my larger goals are, but i know there are some habits i want to get in the practice of…

What is this fraction regarding? The Projects challenge sounds awesome, @themedalist! I'm so happy I'm here. I also signed up for the Tiny Habits week long coach. I really want to choose my tiny habits well - what are some that you all are doing?

it's late to be making a monthly commitment, but i feel i've lost my ability to stay "in the zone". i'd like to work on my focus! so for the rest of this month, i am going to stay focused on one task for two hours each day -- whether it's a work project or cleaning or anything. has there been a challenge like that before…

i loved thinking about the motto 'let's make our day harder' today, and it motivated me to sweep, take out the trash, and tidy up in-between my normal work-from-home day. I also discovered i sit less when i hydrate well, because so much pee.

which brings me to Thursday goals: 1. do something active first thing in the morning 2. grocery shop (fresh veggies!) 3. 2 hrs of timed work again -- that really made me feel good and i made a lot of progress. didn't realize how easily distracted i've become!

i love how everyone is sharing their goals and successes here. you're checking in and staying mindful, and that is so inspiring. wednesday goals: 1. drink water until the MFP cup overfloweth 2. workout 3. set a timer for 2 hrs to focus on a project that i've been avoiding 4. put away my cel phone until evening 5. clean out…

i relate to what you've written here - and i think just sharing, and connecting with other people going through similar things, can really help. physically moving also really helps - just because it puts you in the moment, especially if you can be out in nature enjoying the beauty of earth. when you have a chronic problem…

this seems like a really great, attainable goal! mind if i play along?

vegetarian/vegan? add me!!

I like how your calorie target and weight goal progress is a percentage -- is there something you're using to calculate that, or are you doing it manually?
-
Thanks for the warm welcome! i've been hydrating but i don't think i'm doing enough, so that's my goal for tomorrow. Wishing you all a strong Monday start!

Anyone vegetarian? I'm looking for friends to motivate me! I'm on a mission to lose 1/3 of myself.
