CW 353.8 PW 349.6 Huge gain this week but that was to be expected. I've been on the road since last Friday, March 6th. Eating out, lots of sodium. I like 2 point a person who is it over 1 lb and the one point if they move less than one pound I don't like the current body percentage calculation in the spreadsheet because it is not simple math where the previous weight divided by the current rate would be the percentage I have had weeks where I've lost 2 lb or more and…

@jugar I've never liked the current "accounting" for the spreadsheet because it's not simple division. I like the point system idea....one point if you have a loss of 1 lb or more. No points if you gain anything or if your loss is less than 1 lb. Just my 2 cents.

@Terytha that same craving hit me too last night. The only thing I can say is that I wasn't hungry afterwards, definitely didn't taste great. I actually don't like fast food and only eat it on rare occasions. So I hear ya! So not worth it.

@Pearl4686 how long did yours last? I thought I was getting better Friday but then this stomach thing started yesterday. I dont have much appetite but I started eating toast crackers applesauce and water. That's about all I can handle right now.
