Username: skullsandskeletons Week: December week 4 Weigh in day: Sunday PW: 171 CW: I didn’t weigh in today. This past week I didn’t track much and today I ate tons of chips, dip, cheese, and ham. I’m not sure what has gotten into me but I am definitely having some vegetables tomorrow. My stomach aches from all of the junk.

Username: skullsandskeletons Week: October week 5 Weigh in day: Sunday PW: 174 CW:170 I’ve been teetering around the low 170s for awhile now so this could be water weight or for real. Anyway, 170 is my goal but I may try to get a little bit lower at some point. Here is the graph of my progress since April 2019:
