38 yr 5'4" CW:130 Apr GW: 125 Ultimate GW: 118-120 Apr 1: 130.1 lbs Apr 8: 129.4 lbs Apr 15: 128.4 lbs Slow and steady... but weight IS dropping. I probably won’t make my Apr GW, but I’m gaining strength/muscle. If this keeps up I’m calling it a win!
