The things I've been snacking on this week are celery & peanut butter, mozzarella string cheese, almonds, and these olive packs that you can find on Amazon called, Oloves.

You got this! I just started Keto last week and so far I'm loving it. It's definitely lowered my appetite which is great.

My coworker kept talking about how much she is losing on keto so I thought I'd give it a try. Been doing it for about a week now and I must say that I feel like I'm sleeping better and have more energy already ready. Week 2 here I come!

@tazmaniz99 We might be able to just use this. Post in it every day that we completed it and our ups & downs of the workout. We can motivate each other through here as well.

@tazmaniz99 Hi there! I started doing the workout a couple days ago and am now on Day 3 but I would love to be accountability partners. I tend to give up so I think having a partner would really help motivate me to complete it.
