Actually I struggle with sweet cravings, but in general any addiction is a long battle with oneself I think. Yeah I struggle with portion controls when it comes to sweets and just takes a bite of a sweet trigger the cravings. To me it's the attitude of a person , looks can be made up and also everyone has to get wrinkles ones day. Not much into looks but hey we all are different :)

It's a tough one to fight the cravings. It's a trial and error until you figure out what sutis you. I crave sweets and replacing it with healthy sweet alternative has helped me.. It's a mind game. Stay Strong 💪

Just that , I been giving up on things too easily and trying to think of the way how our mind can make us addictive to habits and how to break those addictive thoughts/habits.

Just thinking about life. Is there really a purpose of it other then paying bills and dying or making kids to keep the so called family tree.
