I’d like to join but I’m not willing to change my weigh in day which is Tuesday.. looks like that won’t work for this group? If we can make that work somehow I’d love to join in!

I am going to call Friday night a success already! We’re in the process of being snowed in here. So hubby purposely avoided the normal Friday night beer run and now the roads are too bad to go out. Finished dinner and had a cup of coffee instead and ready to settle in for the night! Planning on not drinking tomorrow either…

I’ve been reading this and not posting so wanted to say hi! My goal is to have a drink only once every 7 days. So far I am AF 9/10 days for January so right on track! I have noticed that food tracking is helping me. When I only have 150 calories to spare for a day I’d way rather eat something than just drink something!…

I’m in! This is perfect because 50 lbs lost is my goal right now! Starting weight: 230.4 Goal weight: 180 Current weight: 224.6 Total weight lost: 5.8 (so far!)
