I turn 50 in July too! Certainly doesn’t feels like it.

Then you figured it out already.

I was doing 1200 cal for several weeks. Lost lots of weight. The weight loss was almost to fast. Probably not the healthiest way. Due to my job I walk about 20.000 steps a day. But even just 1200 cals without exercise causes quick weight loss.

I would definitely skip breakfast, eat whatever I want at the buffet. But I would not eat anything else the rest of the day.

Don’t pay attention to macros. Only watch fiber, sugar and sodium for different reasons. Lost weight with 1300 cals and now maintain with 2000 cals.

I am happier with my body than ever before.

People occupying weight machines for 20 minutes. 19 minutes of that time they play with their phones and don’t even work out.

You are eating 1400 cals, working out and only lost 3 lbs in 3 months? You eat more than you think. Simple! Eat 1400 cals every day and not just once a week.

I eat about 2 to 3 eggs a day. My cholesterol level is perfect. Wouldn’t worry.

Yes, I have this yo yo problem, But I know exactly why. Some days I eat less. Then I lose weight. Other days I eat more. Then I gain weight. Pretty simple.

I use Endomondo. Just started running again. As a start I challenge myself to run 10 km a week. Want to build up slow. Not sure how to add you there.
