You never know who is watching. Funny thing about inspiration, it happens sometimes without us knowing. We are here to encourage and be encouraged. We are here to share and in turn teach. It is amazing to watch people succeed but it is also realistic to know people falter during their success. You have the tools, you have…

Hope you are well

I am seeing a lot of people "scaling" back including myself. We have to sort out what works so we can keep on working. I refuse to throw in the towel and I know you have come to far to take two steps back. You are doing awesome and pausing one or two things to gain clarity is a great reset. Have a great Friday!

Take care of you....

After speaking with my doctor we decided to concentrate on calories only. Intermittent fasting at a 18:6 ratio has been my sweet spot. I am more able to…

Ohhhhh "The Ruts!" You have been on your journey, and successfully, far longer then I (after weeks of reading the many posts here I see your name and you have made me chuckle a few times) but this post reminded me of my ruts. I have changed playlists, activities and weight loss apps! Just an FYI.... working out to country…

So I had 2 chicken tenders that I calculated as 4 as they were on steroids lol. And 9 onion rings deep fried. Today we decided to go to the Olympic type pool for laps. I did 60 laps in 66 minutes. Slow…
