When there were less forum sections and more people posting. I could have sworn there was one big mess around section, but now there is this and the other area.

All the "junk" foods.

Florida and Indy again soon, then maybe Eurpoean areas, depending on buisness.

Oh...I'd validate you... Funny how something so plain can sound so bad, eh? Anyway, choosing not to chose, is still a choice. Like Anti-establishment, abolishonists, and anarchists who fight a system or belief, in turn, become a system and beleif themselves that can be fought.

People often miss that disagreement is validation too. Validation is simply affirmation of an opinon, not the positive affirmation. Supporting people is not always positive either, as support can be fighting someone you love to help them. What makes too many people unhappy is they only want positive affirmation and…

Sick of cold and planning a drive to Florida.

I am not a big drinker and never have been, but I like having a beer with meals. So I just figure it into everything.

People focus way too much on goals and numbers (all those published numbers and marketed program stuff), and not enough on the process and doing what is right for their body. I am very guilty of this, but have more recently come to terms with better ways to measure my success. So now, I worry less about calorie numbers and…

Can you image, back in the day, when they didn't have tile sheets, being the guy that did that bathroom? Getting it to line up right and the time it woudl take. Sheesh!

Physically, and also cerebrally too. People want agreement...want to be seen AND heard, and validated that who they are inside and out is good. Posting a picture for validation is, of course, seen as desperate while posting a statement looking for people to agree isn't. Weird world.

That was what I was wondering too, but yeah. I think IF (I feel so trendy now using abbrevs.) is great if it works for your and your energy needs in a day. I like a bunh of smaller things to eat in a day, but I do have days I have a big meal and I am fine through the rest of the day. Never felt a need to skip a whole day…

I don't regularly do it, but every once in a while if I wanted a little more to eat in a day I would use them up.

I am just getting back to working out and MFP in general, but I have had this arguement with myself a lot of times in the past. For me, I started giving myself permission to have lighter days and rest days, and was much happier and productive then on days I forced myself to go. That said, exercise has the exact same effect…

Meal timing was always one of those discussion items that when someone mentioned I immediately know I can discount a lot of what they say following it. Usefullness of calories is completely about energy stores and expenditures. So if you exercised and ate a huge meal before bed to replace any lost energy storage, a…

Family arguement. Wasn't very nice.

Ahhh, that makes sense.

That all looks delicous and good. You see a lot of cellars in Europe and surrounding areas like that. What country are you in?

I get to spend a lot of time in coastal cities and places, so love the ocean sounds.

Might plan for Sotheby's in FL for March. Nothing to sell, but who knows.

The Aztec word ahuacatl means testicle, which is where the word for avocado comes from and is most likely because of the similar shape and texture. Interestingly, Avocados also act as aphrodisiacs. Here is a Readers Digest Version: https://www.rd.com/culture/avocado-origin/
