Round 98 (my 30th) OSW 382.0 RSW 265.2 12/09 266.8 I was very hungry yesterday and even got a little lightheaded. I ended up going out for a high calorie dinner, but I felt much better afterwards. I think I didn’t eat enough on a couple of my high activity days. 12/10 12/11 12/12 12/13 12/14 12/15 12/16 12/17 12/18

Motivation Monday! I'm counting all of you as part of my motivation. But as for a quote or image I have two and "The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday."

@shbarbor Way to go on those goals! @BonnieHosk85 I am so sorry to hear about your friend. You and you friend and family are in my prayers. @MadisonMolly2017 I love the new goals, especially the self-care and things that are better now! So many times people forget how important those things are.

On the first day of Trimstone my dogs gave to me 3, 30+ minute walks. Sorry I didn't take water with me though, my dogs sometimes require two hands to handle. On the second day of Trimstone I supported my awesome team mates, friends, and others on MFP. Please support the Trimstone challenge at…

Exercise: Yes, I did so much walking yesterday, and my Fitbit counted two back to back walks as one for a total of 81 minutes, instead of a 35 and a 40. Calories: Yes Tracked: Yes

I feel I did great this week! I had a new high step count and I stayed on track despite craving a lot of junk this week. I managed not to use my couple of minor injuries this week as excuses to eat or laze about. I did allow myself a full day off from activity when sick, but I didn't beat myself up over an inactive day. As…

@BonnieHosk85 and @jcgator2016 Good job on those goals! Rest days are just as important as workout days, especially when our bodies are screaming at us to slow down. I hope your knees feel better soon. @SLIMn2016 Way to go on those goals and passing on good habits to your kids. Also again yay on not needing surgery!…

Round 97 (my 29th) OSW 382.0 RSW 270.4 11/29 – 269.8 I had a great day yesterday, I stayed on track and under calories, but still enjoyed everything I wanted. It didn’t hurt that we had our meal a little early so I was able to skip lunch and have a little more of a couple things. Now today will be another story because…

I love that challenge! It has kept me on track a few times. For anyone looking for something new I really recommend it. It is a month long so you would be coming in late, I think he allows it (?), if not I'll be sure to post the sign up when it's up for next month as well.…

My biggest craving tends to be Cheetos, especially if I'm injured or under the weather. I think for me it's some sort of comfort thing and so I try to find ways to take my mind off of things. And of course this time of year it's all the treats that I'm used to binging on every year. I think that is more about habit than…

Confidentraven Thursday Week 1 PW: 270.4 CW: 266.4 I've reached my final goal for this year. I am now over halfway to my ultimate goal weight. I'm hopeful of another couple for pounds in the next 14 days because I'm doing two weeks of maintenance again starting on Dec 19. If all goes as planned the bounce up should be…

A lot of things can stall or hinder loss. Upping your activity from normal, even if it's just more reps or time from what you usually do. Hormones, I bounce or stall during both my time of month (tom) and ovulation. Other times if I have a big drop one week or even two I'll have less loss the next week sometimes two. I…

^So much this. Many of the people who started out when I did are long gone and most of them had one thing in common, an all or nothing approach. They were only going to eat kale salads and chicken with no dressing, and go to the gym no less than two hours a day. A good portion of those still here and going strong started…

I know what you mean! I am always so cold these days. I was shivering like crazy yesterday even in two shirts, a sweater, and a throw blanket. It's nuts.
