I’m 52, Mark, am a born again bike rider who is cycling Boston to New York in two weeks! Who would have thunk it? Watching consumption and doing fun stuff = weight loss. Wish I’d known in my 30s! And well done @1BlueAurora - super transformation!

Hi there! 52 and feeling good. Been on a couple of months now, lost good weight but have found I need targets! Riding Boston to New York on 30th April, running s 5k in June. I think you need to be mindful of what you eat and creative of how you burn it off - fun burns those calories!!

Add me!! 52 and weight going the right direction, Cycling from Boston to New York on 30th - cannot wait!!!
-
Likewise oldsters! Fitter now at 52 than I was at 32. Not sure I would be able to do the gym at 4 AM now 😂 I like my bed!!
-
52 also!!

Two months in here too. If you are tracking well why not focus on exercise this week? Walk the dog further or go cycling? If it’s gun you will do it!

That would usually do it 😂

Don’t blame it on the moonlight, don’t blame it on the good times, blame it on the boogie? The sore ankle 🤕?

Would have to be the legs.

Don’t blame it on the sunshine!

You are a beautiful lady, sweetheart. Back at ya!

Similar Katie - always exercised and always ate what I wanted. Somewhere down the road it started to get out of balance. I find the app has helped loads but I don’t weigh stuff - I use the bar scanner and search tool which works well. Good luck👍👍
-
Good luck Suzanne! You will sop 15 in no time if you keep logging and do things you enjoy to burn off the treats!
-
Like the tag line and love the attitude! Adv me and I will gladly encourage you and hope you can do the same? 🤪

The app is great - tells you where you are and prompts you to leave the sofa when you have over indulged! So fun things as well as the gym to burn the calories - good habits form fast so stick with it. Bon chance!

It’s quality rather than quantity- do stuff you enjoy and it’s habit forming. Happy to accept friend requests if you want encouraged or the occasional kick up the wazoo!! 👌
-
Good luck Jen! Push through the first few weeks and it becomes a habit - then the weight drops off! 👍😎

It’s grand but you don’t need the spend to benefit from the app. Have fun either way 👍
