I recently purchased Amplify XL Vanilla Flex. It's actually pretty good. I blend it with a banana and berries or peanut butter (extra protein). I'm liking it and I haven't experienced any side effect (such as stomach issues). As far as flavor goes, I endorse. I'll report back on the results later.

You have to pick your battles. I just had to sample a cupcake made by may assistant. I tried talking my way out of it politely but finally gave in. If it was someone else's, I would have stood my ground. A bite won't hurt anything.....just put in a little extra work in the gym to erase it....

Yes, you're missing out Aly....they are delicious!! I'm sure there are some great things in PA that we southerners don't have access to, but it would be real difficult to give up "mud bugs"!
